Reviews and Ratings
The resort offers a unique experience nestled among pine trees, reminiscent of Switzerland. The spacious room I stayed in came with a great view, but the inconsistent Wi-Fi and lack of electrical ports were drawbacks. While the staff was accommodating and breakfast was decent, the frequent renovations nearby created disruptions. Accessibility can be challenging as shuttles are necessary to navigate the expansive property, making it less convenient for some guests.
Our stay at Crosswinds was mixed. While the picturesque setting and spacious, clean rooms were delightful, the service and management left much to be desired. The breakfast options were limited, and the rules around pool access were frustrating, making it a less relaxing experience than we had hoped.
I really enjoyed my stay at this resort. The area is calm and breezy, perfect for unwinding. The rooms are spacious and equipped with kitchen amenities, but the steep roads could be a concern for driving at night. Breakfast was okay, though could use more variety. Overall, it's a good escape from the bustling city, but a few improvements could make it even better.
My stay was quite cozy and perfect for a family getaway. The resort has a charming Swiss-inspired theme and is surrounded by nature, which I loved. However, the price seemed a bit high for what we received, and it was a bit inconvenient having to drive to the far-off pool since there was no shuttle service around the resort.
Crosswinds Resort Suites offers a serene retreat with a cool ambiance, which is a breath of fresh air compared to the heat of Manila. The accommodations were spacious and comfortable, but our stay was marred by some cleanliness issues and a disappointing breakfast experience. While the staff was generally courteous, there were moments of rudeness at the entrance that were frustrating. Overall, it's still a lovely place, but some improvements are necessary for a better experience.
